The main feature of the area is that the district offers resort-style living with white sandy beaches, such as Soul Beach, and a wide range of water sports. The destination is attractive for tourists due to several advantages, including the availability of the open sea, which makes the water not stagnant. Another benefit is the easy connectivity of the island with the mainland of the capital via a bridge.
