The district will feature over 10 million sq ft of top-notch commercial and residential space, including around 3.000 apartments. These apartments, along with luxury hotels, will be located in seven towers situated on a seven-level podium. Among these towers, two will be designed by Chicago-based architects Adrian Smith & Gordon Gill and will be super-talls.
