Yas Island

Yas Island is a popular tourist destination and a major entertainment hub in Abu Dhabi, offering a wide range of leisure activities, high-end hotels, upscale shopping options, and luxury residential properties. The island, which spans 2500 hectares and is located to the east of Abu Dhabi, was developed by creating a sea channel to separate it from the mainland. The development of Yas Island began in 2006 under the leadership of Aldar Properties, with Miral joining the project in 2011.About 1700 hectares of the total area of the island is allocated to residential and entertainment facilities.
