Dubai Company to Purchase 10 Flying Electric Vehicles for Air Taxi Service

Dubai-based private aviation operator Air Chateau has ordered 10 flying electric vehicles from European mobility solutions provider Crisalion Mobility to launch air taxi services in the UAE by 2030.

This marks the first commercial partnership for the European company in the Persian Gulf and the Middle East.

Crisalion's Integrity air taxi, currently in development, can accommodate up to five passengers and a pilot, serving both urban and intercity passenger and cargo transportation. It reaches speeds of 180 kilometers per hour and has a flight range of 130 kilometers based on current battery technology.

The UAE and Saudi Arabia are actively expanding in the field of air mobility by introducing air taxis, as these new, modern transport systems significantly reduce travel time. Currently, Joby and Archer Aviation are in the process of launching their flying cars with their UAE partners next year

    Long-term or short-term rental

I'm considering renting out my one-bedroom apartment, and I'm wondering whether a long-term or short-term rental would be more advantageous?
To generate passive income, one can explore the option of renting real estate in Dubai, which includes both short-term and long-term rental opportunities. Short-term rentals can yield substantial profits but come with the drawback of potential vacant periods, particularly during the off-season. In contrast, long-term rentals offer a more consistent income stream, albeit at a lower daily rate.
