Travel from Dubai to Abu Dhabi in Just 10 Minutes with Air Taxis: A Glimpse into the Future

According to experts, these futuristic flying vehicles will be able to transport passengers from Dubai to Abu Dhabi in just 10 to 20 minutes, a significant reduction from the current 60 to 90-minute drive. The cost for this quick journey is expected to range between Dh800 and Dh1,500.

Nikhil Goel, Chief Commercial Officer of Archer Aviation, shared insights into how the service would operate within the UAE. Shorter trips within cities like Dubai could cost around Dh300 to Dh350, but for inter-emirate travel, the price increases due to the longer distance.

The service is not only convenient but also luxurious, with options for private air taxis for those seeking a more exclusive experience. Archer Aviation is currently in the final stages of certification, and the company anticipates that air taxis could be ready for launch by the end of 2025.

Goel expressed confidence that in less than two years, passengers in the UAE will be able to hail these air taxis, marking a significant leap forward in urban mobility.

    Long-term or short-term rental

I'm considering renting out my one-bedroom apartment, and I'm wondering whether a long-term or short-term rental would be more advantageous?
To generate passive income, one can explore the option of renting real estate in Dubai, which includes both short-term and long-term rental opportunities. Short-term rentals can yield substantial profits but come with the drawback of potential vacant periods, particularly during the off-season. In contrast, long-term rentals offer a more consistent income stream, albeit at a lower daily rate.
