Franck Muller Aeternitas is an exclusive branded development that will rise 450 meters above the waterfront in Dubai Marina. The project is being developed by London Gate Real Estate Development in collaboration with the luxury Swiss watch brand Franck Muller, marking the brand’s first venture into real estate. Construction of Franck Muller Aeternitas is set to officially begin in the first quarter of 2024 and is scheduled for completion in the second quarter of 2027.
The complex will become the tallest branded project in the world, featuring a clock on its façade. The 106-story tower will house 649 residences, including 1 to 3-bedroom apartments and luxury residences: a single penthouse at the top, unique Franck Muller villas, and mansions. The properties range in size from 81 square meters to 797 square meters.
Within a 5-10 minute walk from the complex, there are nurseries for the little ones, such as Raffles Early Childhood Centres and Chubby Cheeks Nursery Marina. School-age children can attend Emirates International School Meadows, which follows the International Baccalaureate curriculum, or Regent International School, which offers the British curriculum.
