Reeman Living is a new residential community in Al Shamkha, Abu Dhabi, developed by Aldar Properties. Construction is set to begin in Q3 2023. This project is the second installment in Aldar's "Living" urban collection, designed to offer inclusive communities in prime city locations.
The community will feature 1,050 residential units. The first phase includes 630 residences spread across five low-rise buildings. Prospective buyers can choose from studios to 1-3 bedroom apartments, with sizes ranging from 280 sq. ft. to 1,076 sq. ft. The 2-3 bedroom layouts will include balconies.
Buyers have the option to select between a light or dark interior color palette, with personalized designs and storage spaces available.
Aldar Properties emphasizes sustainability, and the homes in Reeman Living will be constructed using green technology and eco-friendly materials, featuring water and energy conservation measures. The buildings are expected to achieve two 'pearls' in the Pearl Rating System for sustainability.
The launch of Reeman Living follows the success of Aldar's first project in the "Living" collection, Manarat Living on Saadiyat Island, which offers high-end studios and 1-2 bedroom apartments.
Located in the developing Al Shamkha area, Reeman Living's master plan includes educational institutions, bus stops, community centers, and mosques. Essential amenities such as schools, medical facilities, and shopping centers are within a 10-15 minute drive.
The community is just a 10-minute drive from major highways, providing easy access to different parts of Abu Dhabi. Abu Dhabi International Airport and Yas Island are within a 25-minute drive, while Saadiyat Island, home to the Louvre Abu Dhabi, is a 40-minute drive away.
Reeman Living offers a tranquil living environment away from the city's hustle and bustle, making it ideal for families with children.
