Yas Park Gate is a gated community situated at the northern end of Yas Island in Abu Dhabi. It represents the second phase of the Yas North project, developed by Aldar Properties. Construction began in Q1 2023 and is expected to be completed by early 2026.

The complex will feature 508 Mediterranean-style properties, including 4-bedroom villas and 2 and 3-bedroom townhomes. Buyers and tenants can choose between a light or dark color scheme for their residences.

All residential units in Yas Park Gate will be spread over two levels, each featuring a private garden and a separate room for staff.

Residents will have access to modern amenities such as a gym, multiple pools, playgrounds for children, sports fields for football, tennis, basketball, and cricket, a skate park, interactive zones, landscaped gardens with walking paths, and parks for pet-walking. The complex is also close to Yas Park, providing additional recreational opportunities.

In addition to its resort amenities and attractions, Yas Island offers a well-developed social infrastructure with stores, supermarkets, hospitals, and educational institutions.

There are several grocery stores in close proximity to the complex, including Hala Asia Grocery and Yas Grocery. The Baqala store is a 10-minute walk away and offers exclusive products in addition to well-known brands.

For healthcare, Yas Clinic Khalifa City and HealthPlus Family Clinic – Al Bandar are about a 10-minute drive from Yas Park Gate. There are also numerous nursery schools within a 15-minute drive, with Yellow Submarine Nursery being a popular choice. SABIS International School – Yas School, offering education in English, is also nearby.

Transportation is convenient with the complex's proximity to Sheikh Khalifa Bin Zayed Street, Al Misbah Street, and Al Abraj Street, allowing easy access to other parts of the city and attractions within 15-25 minutes by car.

Key attractions in the area include Yas Mall, Yas Waterworld, Ferrari World Abu Dhabi, Warner Bros. World Abu Dhabi, and Yas Marina Formula 1 Circuit. Abu Dhabi International Airport is also within a 30-minute drive from Yas Park Gate.
