Peninsula Two is the second phase of the Peninsula development, launched in Q3 2021 by Select Group. Known for its residential projects in Dubai Marina, Select Group is a renowned master developer. The new 36-storey tower in Business Bay spans across 358,000 sq.ft and offers 439 residential units, including studios and 1 & 2-bedroom apartments. The living area of the residences ranges from 339 sq.ft to 968 sq.ft. Completion of the Peninsula Two development is expected in Q4 2024.

All apartments will feature a balcony of 62-83 sq.ft with views of the Dubai Water Canal. The properties will have upscale finishes, including gypsum board ceilings, textured HPL wardrobes and cupboards, marble thresholds, and porcelain tile flooring. The kitchens will be equipped with stainless steel sinks, quartz surface countertops, backsplashes, and a connection point for a washing machine. High-end appliances such as an extractor fan, gas oven, and fridge/freezer will be installed. Bathrooms will have porcelain-tiled wet zone areas and ceilings, chrome-plated sanitary fittings, stone washbasins, and well-placed mirrors. Additionally, each apartment will come with one designated parking space in the basement.

Residents of Peninsula Two will enjoy a range of facilities, including a gym, outdoor swimming pool, communal lobby, CCTV, fire alarm system, main intercom station, audio intercom at the lobby level, A/C cooling system, parks, gardens, and walking, cycling, and running tracks. Additionally, there will be tennis, squash, and basketball courts, a unique skate park, 79 bike stands, and EV chargers.

Peninsula Two will be connected to the Community Mall, a retail center featuring 23 individual units offering beauty salons, supermarkets, pharmacies, F&B outlets, cafes, and healthcare amenities. The Peninsula Promenade will serve as the entertainment hub, featuring an events venue, concert space, art park, outdoor cinema, and pop-up jet fountains.

Peninsula Two's location provides easy access to terrestrial and marine transport links, as well as convenient commuting by private vehicle. Bus stations like The Binary Tower and Clover Bay Tower 1 are within a 10-minute walk, while metro and marine stations such as Business Bay Metro Station, Burj Khalifa/Dubai Mall Metro Station, Al Wajeha Al Mayeah Station, and Marasi Marine Transport Station can be reached in about half an hour.

Supermarkets, medical facilities, banks, and educational establishments are all within a 15-20 minute drive. Healthcare emergencies can be addressed at institutions like EK Clinic SZC, Emirates Hospital Clinic, and The Physio Center, which offer a range of general and specialized medical services.
