About project Expo City

Expo City Dubai aims to redefine sustainable urban living and create interconnected communities. Featuring elements such as lakes and wadis, the community will offer a refreshing contrast to the surrounding desert. The area will be car-free, with dedicated lanes for cyclists and pedestrians, and a corridor linking Expo City to the main Expo site. All residential units will have access to underground parking facilities, ensuring a pedestrian-friendly environment.

Expo Central, located in the heart of the World Expo site, will offer apartment clusters with stunning views of Al Wasl Plaza and Jubilee Park. The first cluster to be launched, Mangrove Residences, will comprise three towers with a total of 450 units. These residences will include one- to three-bedroom apartments, four-bedroom loft apartments, and three-bedroom townhouses, all with access to podium level gardens and sky terraces.

A unique feature of Expo City Dubai is its focus on nature and sustainability. The developers plan to transform the desert landscape into a green oasis by planting trees and creating green spaces throughout the neighborhood. The community will boast a 10 km walking path, an adventure cycle track, and a regular bike path. Additionally, a wadi area with wildlife and water bodies will be incorporated, creating a complete ecosystem.

The infrastructure and transportation within Expo City Dubai are already well-established, having hosted millions of visitors during the World Expo. The aim is to minimize car usage within the community by providing alternative modes of transport such as buggies and electric scooters.

Apartments in Expo City Dubai will feature balconies and floor-to-ceiling windows, offering residents stunning views of the Expo sites. In terms of sustainability, the roofs of the villas will have integrated solar panels, and sustainable materials will be used in the construction of the buildings.
