- Standard 50/50 payment plan for buyers and investors: 10% down payment on booking date and affordable 40% installments divided in periods during the construction stage period and the rest 50% payment upon property handover.
- 50/50 Post Handover Payment Plan. With 20% down payment on sales date, five 5% installments divided in periods during the construction stage and the rest 50% payment post handover.
