The Arthouse is a complex of three buildings that include a ground floor, a mezzanine, and nine residential levels. The project offers residences with layouts ranging from one to five bedrooms: stylish apartments and spacious sky villas. Floor-to-ceiling panoramic windows and wide balconies provide views of renowned museums and the Arabian Gulf. Interiors are crafted using premium eco-friendly materials and are available in two design palettes—light and warm. The completion of the complex is scheduled for the second quarter of 2028, with residences starting from 1,022 sq. ft.

Louvre Abu Dhabi is an art and civilization museum located on Saadiyat Island in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates.
