Six Senses The Palm represents a significant milestone for the luxurious hotel chain, marking its first hotel and branded residences in the UAE. Situated on the iconic Palm Jumeirah Island, this highly anticipated project will consist of a 60-key hotel and 162 exquisite residences, with completion expected by Q4 2024. The development will be operated by Six Senses Hotels Resorts Spas, with Select Group and Emirates Strategic Investments Company (ESIC) overseeing the project.

Renowned for its attention to detail, bold design, sustainable practices, and focus on wellness, Six Senses boasts 21 hotels and resorts around the world, with four more resorts set to open in 2022. The luxury hotel brand has received numerous accolades, including Best Luxury Hotel Brand at Luxury Travel Intelligence, Outstanding Contribution to Luxury at Aspire Awards, and Top Hotel Brand at Travel + Leisure's World's Best Awards.

The expansive Six Senses Residences The Palm will cover an area of 800,000 sq. ft, comprising four buildings, including a hotel, a penthouse building, and duplex residences. Each building will have private access to underground parking, and villa owners will have their own private parking spaces. The property options include 4-bedroom royal penthouses, 3 and 4-bedroom duplex sky villas, imperial penthouses, and 5-bedroom beach villas.

These ultra-luxury branded residences range from 2,000 sq. ft to 14,600 sq. ft. The properties come with top-of-the-line kitchen appliances, and buyers have the option to order bespoke branded furniture packages from Six Senses upon completion. The palatial beach villas will feature a private infinity pool, garden, basement, and 4-car garage.

The architectural concept of the development is inspired by coral, with organic shapes and cellular facades that provide protection from the sun. The residences will be surrounded by landscaped areas, running tracks, tennis and padel courts, and a micro farm, creating a sustainable and wellness-oriented environment.
